[google-cloud-sql-discuss] Re: What should I do if instance hangs and does not respond?

Hello Илья Вайсер,

When having some browser issues, you can try accessing your Cloud Console on incognito mode or a different browser. 
If the issue persists, you might try a different computer on a different network.

Are you still experiencing this issue?

I see it more than a day. All control buttons are disabled.
