[google-cloud-sql-discuss] Cannot change machine type. Got "Could not complete the operation." error

Hi,

My SQL instance id is "spintallyprodsql". I'm trying to downgrade it to db-n1-standard-1 from db-n1-standard-4. After click the "Save" button, it says "Could not complete the operation." Please help.
