[google-cloud-sql-discuss] Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction

Hi all, 

I'm using integromat to automatically insert data from my jotform and this issue shows: 

Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction

What should I do to resolve this?
