Regarding compatibility of google app engine

I am developing a solution using ODK collect. My application has a android app. The android app posts a large form using ODK collect.  The server side is done in php. Can u tell me a solution to deploy the app in google app engine. My application requires saving the posted data into the server database (mysql) and then have to use different queries for data manipulation.
