[google-cloud-sql-discuss] cloud sql failover instance connecting to wrong master instance

I have master-instance-a (ip: 1.1.1.1), and i clone it to another instance call master-instance-b (ip: 2.2.2.2)

When i tried to add a failover for master-instance-b, and the failover instance failed to start, i tried to connect to the failover instance from gcloud, and from show slave status\G, surprisingly the failover instance master host is set to master-instance-a ip!

Then i tried to add a read replica for master-instance-b, and after loading for a while, the read replica shows failed to create, and the error is An unknown error occurred.

Does anyone face this same issue? How should i rectify this?
