[google-cloud-sql-discuss] Unable to make change SQL Parameter Value

Hi,

I am trying to change the global value of max_connections parameter. I am making change using root id. However, while changing the parameter value I am getting error following error. Find the attached screen shot of error message for your reference. Kindly let me know, how to change the value of this parameter?

Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation
