[google-cloud-sql-discuss] Re: Cloud SQL instance back up is in progress from past 4 days

Hello Parul,

From your description, it seems like your Cloud SQL instance got stuck for some reason. Without investigating your project it is hard to explain the reason. Could you try to restart your instance using this command [1 ] where instance name should be replaced with your Cloud SQL instance name. You can also check your stackdriver logging related to the instance if this could provide any reason for this.If this is not working for you,I would recommend to create a private issue in issue tracker including details description of the issue including the project ID and instance name so Cloud SQL engineering team can investigate the issue and would help you to resolve it.    

[1] gcloud sql instances restart [INSTANCE_NAME]
