Hi,

I created a managed PostgreSQL instance. Was working fine when I created it(like 4 days ago).
Since yesterday I am having the issue that I cannot connect to it anymore with (including pgadmin).
The connections portion on the instance is stuck on loading. So I cannot check Whitelisted IP's to see if this is the problem.
Tried cloning and creating new instances. Cloning results in a new instance with the same issue.
Trying to create a new instance gets stuck on loading: " Wachten op de initialisatie van de Compute Engine-API. Dit kan een paar minuten duren. Deze API is nodig om uw PostgreSQL-instantie te maken. Compute Engine-documentatie".
Translated: waiting for the initialation of the comute engine-api. this can take a couple of minutes. After more than 30minutes it is still loading.

So I create a new account. Same issues on that one.

Anyone has an idea of how to fix this?
