[google-cloud-sql-discuss] Can't restore to other instance via cloud console

According to documentation its possible to restore to another instance via the cloud console (web interface).

I have done that before, but now the other instances are not shown in the list of target instances.

Have the requirements changed for which databases you can restore to, and if so, how do i make them compatible?
