Thanks for reporting this. I've been able to replicate the behaviour and I've created a Public Issue Tracker thread for this. You should star that issue to receive updates. I'm pretty sure this is due to a DEFINER clause on a CREATE TRIGGER statement.

However, this *is* something that needs to be able to happen on an import. Changing the dump file is not a solution as the permissions do need to be set.

How can I work around this? Is this a bug that will be fixed?
