[google-cloud-sql-discuss] "The Cloud SQL instance already exists", but doesn't exists

hello,

I try to add MySQL instance, but I get error:

ERROR: (gcloud.sql.instances.create) Resource in project [project-name] is the subject of a conflict: The Cloud SQL instance already exists.

Instance with this name doesn't exists.

What can I do?
