Do you develop for G Suite? Do you try to set up a Google Cloud SQL database for App Maker? If such is the case, a few additional steps are needed, namely making sure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is on, then navigating to the Cloud SQL Instances page in GCP. More related detail is to be found on the "Set up a Google Cloud SQL database for App Maker" documentation page. 

If this is not the case, and you have a GCP account, we need your project ID to have a look and investigate further. This is confidential information, and should not be provided in a public forum. You should rather use the drop-down menu of the "reply" button at the top right of the message window, to send us a private message with confidential details. 

What is the output of the gcloud info command?
