can help me to find solution

1. How to put html file into my wordpress website hosting with google cloud?

2. can i remove "storage.googleapis.com" word in the link extention in google cloud.bucket. 

https://storage.googleapis.com/[BUCKET_NAME]/[OBJECT_NAME]

or any solution to make my link shorter?
