[google-cloud-sql-discuss] Will second generation (beta) support on demand usage?

I noticed that when you edit the settings for a second generation cloud sql instance, there's only an option for "Always on or Off" while in first generation you have "On Demand, Always on and Off".

Will second generation support on demand?
