[google-cloud-sql-discuss] Can only get proxy service account to work when

Hi there,

     WE are able to connect CloudSql through proxy as described in - https://cloud.google.com/sql/docs/mysql-connect-proxy, only when we are in public network. How to connect, when we are in private network from office. Below are error details while connection from private network( Connections on,  2017/02/23 are from private network ).
