[google-cloud-sql-discuss] Re: An unknown error occurred when restarting the instance

Hello Avik,

Regarding your first issue that service is going down every few hours and you have to restart the instance to get it working, this might happen if the instance resources are enough and cannot respond accordingly. Did you try to upgrade the Machine type of the instance to a higher Tier to see if this resolves the issue?

About the second issue that your instance does not restart anymore, can you please email your project ID and instance name through the private message. I'll be glad to investigate this issue as soon as I receive this information from you.

Sincerely,

Hello

We are having troubles with google cloud sql. We have around 10 000 databases, the connection numbers are not huge though. From time to time, around every 2-3 hours, the service is going down, so we restart the instance and it starts working again for another 2-3 hours.

Today we tried to do the same, but the server just doesn't restart anymore, and we just see infinite loading ...

In operations we see "An unknown error occurred." and thats it, what can be do now ?

how can we track somehow whats wrong with this ...  we pay alot for this and we get service like this..
