[google-cloud-sql-discuss] Why 5 dollars of my free trial, 300 dollars spent during idle time period.

I created cloud sql instance on 20th October. And I haven't used it for 7 days. When I visited my cloud console today, I found that 5 dollars have been spent.
How to stop this billing on idle time?
