-- We have been facing constant issues with our MySQL Cloud server in the past few days.
As per ticket 15694836 server was offline for an extended period of time. We tried restarting and it was then stuck on restart mode for over 6 hours.
We were forced to create a new instance whihc is also suffering with constant restarts and offline periods.
Is it possible to get a clear response on how long this problem will persist?
