[google-cloud-sql-discuss] Cloud SQL Pricing

Hello,

I'm new to GCP

On 4 August 2020 i created a db-f1-micro instance for testing purposes, after importing my database and testing the connection from my app, i turned off the instance, i thought it will not be charged. But today (8 August), when i checked the reports, it shows that i've been charged for 3 days of running the instance (4, 5, 6 August). It just confuses me.,

So, how Cloud SQL prices are calculated?

and

Is turning off the instance makes billing stopped?
