Cannot drop tables

I created several tables not connected with the other tables in the database (with foreign keys).

I want to drop them, but I'm not able to do this from neither Squirrel nor the command line tool nor the web interface :-(

I just run into a timeout, or don't get any answer, respectively.

Any idea?
