* Timestamp of slowness
* Is it reproducible consistently?
* What are the steps to reproduce it?

Since GC SQL left preview I've found when debugging my connections take 60+seconds to create and I have to keep the GWT plugin from timing out manually. I have billing enabled so I'm not sure why it's so slow.
