MySQL import fails

Hi,

My instance is sgela-backend-api:sgela-instance and I have the following error when I attempt to import a mysqldump file. 

Failed to import gs://sgela-dev/sgeladump.sql: An unknown problem occurred (TRANSIENT_ERROR)

How do I fix this?
