problem with billing - account has been debited 1$

Hi,

 

In payment tab I've creted new payment method using Maste Card. After creating new payment with 10$ amounts the system said that there is problem wih data I've provided and no paymant can be done.

 

Despite this, the account has been debited 1$ two times! So, payment is working, only google system doesn't see this.  

 

The transaction name in my bank account is GOOGLE *LTD ADWORDS CC@GOOGLE.CO 00089125. More over in Billing/Settings tab there is info, that this payment method is pending.

 

 

Please for help in resolving this problem.
