Hi - billing status now shows as enabled "Billing is enabled for all active, billable services" but I still get the same error when trying to create a new instance for my project.....

Location: United States

Size: D0

Replication: Synchronous or Asynchronous

Pricing Plan: greyed out

Authorized Apps: none selected/entered

Every time I get "An unexpected error has occurred. We're looking into it"
