Is Cloud SQL having intermittent issues? I just noticed a high error rate on our web app and looking into the logs we're getting DeadlineExceededError on the cursor.execute() call (see attached).
I restarted the instance in the API console, that seemed to help. Is there any explanation for this behavior/something to do to prevent it?
