From June 12th, use of the Google Cloud SQL service will be charged (learn more). Your existing Cloud SQL instances will be suspended on June 12th unless you enable billing. Note that if you enable billing before June 12th, no charges will be made until after that date.
My Billing is disabled, and from this message I get the idea that I get until the 12th June to enable it.
When I try to create and Instance tho, I get :
"You cannot create new Instances because Billing is disable".
So, can I or can I not create a new instance until the 12th of June without having billing enabled?
